4. Timeframe for Data Deletion

In accordance with relevant legal requirements, we will process your data deletion request within 15 working days after receiving your request and completing identity verification. In the following special circumstances, the processing time may be extended to 30 working days:

In case of the above situations, we will notify you in advance and explain the reason for the extension.
